Application scenario: A commercial complex construction project in Southeast Asia. It is used for reinforcing the floor, beams and columns during pouring, and needs to meet the seismic grade III requirements. It also needs to meet the corrosion resistance requirements in the tropical rainy climate.

Additional requirements: Comply with IS 1786 standard, with yield strength of ≥ 400 MPa. Provide material certificate and commercial inspection report upon delivery.

Application scenario: Equipment renovation for domestic food processing plant production lines, used for manufacturing conveyor belt frames, storage tanks and operation platforms. It must have excellent resistance to acid and alkali and easy cleaning properties, and comply with the standards for food-contact stainless steel.

Additional requirements: Follow the ASTM A240 standard. Nickel content should be 8.0% - 10.5%. The surface should be a 2B cold-rolled matte finish without scratches or oxidation spots.

Usage scenario: A mining machinery manufacturing project in Central Asia, used for producing excavator bucket rods and loader chassis, which need to withstand high-intensity impacts and wear, and are suitable for working in a low-temperature (-30℃) environment.

Additional requirements: Follow the GOST 19281 standard. The tensile strength should be ≥ 510 MPa. The delivery condition is normalizing treatment. Provide a report of low-temperature impact test.

Application scenario: A crude oil transportation pipeline project in the Middle East, used for transporting crude oil and heating medium along the main line. It needs to have high pressure resistance, anti-sulfur corrosion properties, and be suitable for the desert high-temperature environment (50℃).

Additional requirements: Follow API 5L standards, with yield strength of ≥ 448 MPa, possessing anti-hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) capability, and an ultrasonic inspection report will be provided upon delivery.

Application scenario: A construction project for a warehouse and logistics center in Europe. It is used to build the main steel structure framework and roof support system, which needs to meet the load-bearing requirements for large spans (30 meters) and be suitable for the temperate maritime climate.

Additional requirements: Comply with EN 10025 standard. Tensile strength should be ≥ 375 MPa. The perpendicularity error between the flange and the web should be ≤ 3‰. The surface should undergo shot blasting for rust removal treatment.

Application scenario: A municipal water supply project in Southeast Asia, used for the main outdoor water pipelines, requires strong anti-corrosion properties and is suitable for humid and rainy environments.

Additional requirements: Follow the GB/T 3091 standard. The zinc coating thickness should be ≥ 85 μm. The hydraulic test should be passed. A zinc coating inspection report should be provided.
