  A: We regularly supply a full range of steel products including plates, sections (including Angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, etc.), pipes and wire rods, covering common specifications of steel products in the industry, and have a complete supply chain system.
  We can support customized processing services and provide special size processing, mechanical property optimization, surface anti-rust treatment, as well as deep processing techniques such as cutting and chamfering according to customer needs, to meet the personalized demands of small-batch, multi-specification or irregular-shaped components.
• Q: 6. How to ensure the quality of steel ? Could you provide the relevant test certification documents?

   
  Youcheng Steel full product range complies with and is certified to four global authoritative standards: GB, BS, ASTM, JIS. We implement strict full-process quality control to ensure core indicators (chemical composition, tensile strength, etc.) meet specifications. Factory inspection reports, material certificates and other quality documents are provided with shipments. For special testing needs, we can arrange third-party authoritative inspection and issue official reports.
• Q: 7. How long is the general delivery date for orders? What factors might be influencing it?

   
  We have a sufficient inventory of regular specification steel and usually arrange for shipment within 3 to 7 working days after the order is confirmed.
  The production cycle for customized products or large orders is approximately 10 to 15 working days, subject to the contract agreement.
  The delivery cycle may be affected by factors such as production scheduling plans, raw material supply conditions, transportation distances, and force majeure (such as extreme weather). We will promptly communicate the progress with the customer to ensure transparent and controllable performance.
• Q: 8. What protective and reinforcing measures are taken during the transportation of steel?

   
  Transportation is carried out by dedicated freight vehicles, equipped with wooden blocks, binding straps and other fixing devices to ensure that the goods remain stable and do not shift during transportation.
  For steel materials prone to rust, anti-rust treatments such as oiling and film coating will be implemented, and they will be covered with waterproof tarpaulins throughout the process to effectively prevent environmental influences such as rain and dampness, ensuring the quality delivery of material.
• Q: 9. The market fluctuates the price of steel greatly. Will the price be adjusted after making an order?

   
  Steel prices are subject to certain fluctuations due to the cost of raw materials and market supply and demand. Therefore, the validity period of quotations is generally 7 days.
  After the customer signs a formal contract and pays the deposit within the validity period of quotation, the contract price will be locked and will not be adjusted in accordance with subsequent market price changes, thus ensuring the stability and predictability of the procurement cost.
• Q: 10 What capabilities does your company have in terms of international logistics and transportation for steel products? Does your company support customers in choosing their own freight forwarders?
