Spiral Welded Steel Pipe, also known as SSAW Pipe (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded Pipe), is manufactured by continuously forming hot rolled steel coils into a spiral shape and welding the seam using double-sided submerged arc welding technology.
Compared with ERW steel pipes and seamless steel pipes, SSAW pipes provide superior cost efficiency and larger diameter production capability, making them ideal for transmission pipelines and infrastructure projects.
