Manufacturing Process
Billet Heating: 2-4 hours in zone-controlled furnaces (preheating → heating → soaking) to ensure uniform temperature, avoiding stress.
Rough Rolling: 3-5 passes to thin billets from 150-200mm to 20-40mm.
Intermediate Rolling: 2-3 passes to 5-15mm, smoothing surfaces.
Finish Rolling: 5-7 mills to final 1.2-20mm thickness; laminar cooling to 550-650℃ controls microstructure.
Coiling: Wound into 5-30 ton coils (inner diameter 508/610mm).
Post-Treatment: Air cooling, quality inspection, and waterproof packaging.
