Manufacturing Process
Submerged Arc Welding (SAW): The stainless steel plates are rolled into tubular shapes using a roll forming machine. Submerged arc welding technology is employed for straight or spiral seam welding. Subsequently, the process involves straightening, flaw detection, heat treatment, and water pressure testing to complete the shaping. This process is suitable for pipe materials with an outer diameter ranging from 508mm to 3000mm and a wall thickness of 6mm to 100mm. It features high welding efficiency and stable weld quality, making it the core manufacturing process for large-diameter stainless steel pipes.
