Introduction

Color-coated steel coil is a composite material made by applying an organic paint to a steel strip after degreasing and phosphating, then baking it.

Features

  • Corrosion Resistance

Use high-quality cold-rolled steel to ensure excellent flatness or galvanized steel (zinc layer 60-275 g/m²) to enhance corrosion resistance.

  • Superior UV Resistance and Weatherability

Adopt polyester, PVDF, or silicone-modified polyester coatings. PVDF coating offers superior UV resistance (ΔE ≤3 after 3000h UV testing) and weatherability.

  • Stable Protective

The coated steel strip enters the curing furnace and is baked at 200-250°C to crosslink and cure the organic coating (such as polyester, PVDF, etc.), forming a stable protective and decorative layer.
