Product Introduction

 

 

ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) carbon steel pipe refers to straight-seam high-frequency resistance welding carbon steel pipe. It heats the edges of carbon steel plates or strips to a molten state through resistance heat generated by high-frequency current, and achieves seamless bonding and forming under the action of squeeze rolls.

 

Without filler metal in the production process, it boasts core advantages such as high production efficiency, excellent dimensional accuracy, good toughness and strong cost competitiveness, relying on advanced roll forming and high-frequency welding technology.
