It is specifically developed to ensure structural integrity, fracture resistance, and stable mechanical performance under sub-zero service conditions, including environments as low as -40°C, -60°C, and down to -196°C for nickel-alloy grades.
Unlike general structural steel, this material is used in safety-critical pressure systems where material failure is not acceptable.
